I'd like to start off by saying I really don't ever complain. As someone who has worked in customer service, I totally get it. This interaction actually happened a few months ago, and I initially decided to let it go. But after seeing the same copy-and-paste responses from management under review after review, I realized this experience still wasn’t sitting right with me. I had a scheduled pickup order and received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. I drove and waited in my car for over 40 minutes. And no, this is not an exaggeration. Eventually, I went inside because at this point I genuinely thought my order was missed or maybe overlooked. I asked an employee for an update and that’s when a manager named Markeith aggressively yelled at me to “get back to my car” and told me, “That’s not how it works.” At no point was I yelling, raising my voice, or being disrespectful. I asked for his name because I intended to make a formal complaint because he was yelling at me as if I were his child. His response was that he “didn’t give a f***” and then told me, essentially, to go outside and fight him. He was literally in my face at this point and close enough that he was

This message is for Sam's club district manager. This is the worst store I've ever been to. No one answers the phone. I've called over 20 times in the past week and ever time im transferred to a call center in another country. I've had to visit this store 4 times regarding a tire replacement through my warranty with you. Still after 4 visits 2 different managers and many other employees my issue is still unresolved! The level of customer service and care could not be lower or cared about any less by this location. This entire ordeal has left me wondering why I didn't pay the extra cost and deal with Costco because let's be honest costco would never treat it's patrons in such a manner. Understanding that saving a few dollars with Sam's is not worth the horrible customer service. I'm sure that the poor stars at this club barely reflects on the poor service many people receive but don't bother leaving a review because it seems like corporate could care less about the quality of service being issued here.

I just love the customer service here by all but the managers. Everyone else is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, willing to help at anytime. Scan and Go is the BEST!!! The Tire Dept is amazing as well. Highly recommend making appointments with them though, avoid dropping in, they get busy. The Tire Dept is honest as well. I go often and appreciate everyone who welcomes and helps me. Just wish managers were more willing to help me and employees when needed.

They can't even pickup their carts from the walkway. I'll be cancelling my subscription. Was denied restroom cause they were cleaning while 6 people are waiting. Closes too early. Should be open till 10 to avoid long lines.
